Medvil has something for everyone.  Some current activities include billiards, bingo, bocce, cribbage, horseshoes, knitting, and much more!

​​Partridge Lane Clubhouse

The clubhouse on Partridge Lane has two floors; the main floor, which is handicapped accessible, is often used for committee meetings, cribbage games and other Medvil activities, and also houses a privately-operated beauty salon. The lower floor is used for community events and can be rented for private parties by residents only.

Donald Drive Clubhouse

The clubhouse on Donald Drive also has two floors.  The upper floor is handicapped accessible and contains a conference room, offices used for the daily operations of the cooperative, a reception area which is staffed from Monday through Friday by volunteer receptionists, and a mail room used for parcel pick-up.  The lower level is sometimes used for Medvil events and can be rented for private parties by residents only.

NEW IN 2020 --  Fenced-in, separate community garden area, nearest, and  fenced-in dog park, in distance.  Dedicated parking is available for those using  these areas.
