Medvil Cooperative is a private resident owned community which includes both mobile homes and double wide manufactured homes.
It is made up of two sub-divisions, 'Medford Farms' and 'The Village of Glen Falls', located in the rural town of Goffstown, New Hampshire.
Pride of ownership is evident through out. Manicured lawns, clipped hedges and groomed common areas make this 154 acre community with 300 homes very desirable. Come enjoy the peace and tranquility of our private community, the sounds of song birds and the smells of a variety of beautiful fragrant flowers. Wild turkeys meandering about are common and an occasional deer sighting is not out of the question.
Amenities include two club houses, common areas for outdoor activities, an on site beauty salon and a multitude of activities including group bus trips to various locations of interest in which you can participate.
Walking is a popular activity as the streets here have very little traffic which makes walking a very safe and refreshing activity.
